No payment is required during the review process.

Will every mission be accepted?

Not always.

Every project is reviewed individually to ensure it aligns with our expertise, availability, and quality standards.

How long does it take to receive a response?

Most mission requests receive an initial response within 1 business day. Some missions may require additional review before confirmation, especially if the project scope needs clarification.

Payments

When do I pay?

Payment is only requested after your mission has been reviewed and approved.

Which payment methods do you accept?

TIX currently accepts payments through Wise. Once your mission has been reviewed and approved, you'll receive secure payment instructions before any work begins.

Can I receive a refund?

Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details regarding cancellations, refunds, and project eligibility.
