Refund Policy
- Mission Review
At TIX Lab, every mission is reviewed individually before any work begins. Because our services involve custom analysis, consulting, design, development, and implementation, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be available.
- Payment
Payment is only requested after a mission has been reviewed and approved.
Work will begin only after payment has been successfully received unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only if:
- Payment was made by mistake.
- Refunds are considered only in the event of an accidental duplicate payment or an incorrect payment amount received by TIX.
- A change of mind, business priorities, or project cancellation by the client does not qualify for a refund once payment has been received and the mission has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
- Non-Refundable Services
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all approved and paid missions are final and non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to:- Website Reviews
- Landing Page Reviews
- Bio Reviews
- Audits
- Reports
- Website Development
- CMS Architecture
- Website Repairs
- Landing Page Repairs
These services involve professional time, planning, analysis, consultation, and original digital work that cannot be returned, reused, or resold once a mission has been approved and payment has been received.
- Project Cancellation
Clients may request to cancel a mission at any time before work begins. However, once a mission has been reviewed, approved, and payment has been received, the mission is considered confirmed and payments remain non-refundable.
Cancelling a mission does not automatically qualify for a refund. Please refer to the Refund Eligibility section for the limited circumstances under which a refund may be considered. - Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, project requirements, assets, and access credentials when required.
Project delays caused by missing information or unavailable communication do not automatically qualify for a refund. - Changes to Scope
If the project scope changes after approval, additional fees or revised timelines may be required.
Changes requested after work has started are not considered grounds for a refund. - Contact
