All services are delivered on a project-by-project basis.

Submitting a mission request does not create a contract or guarantee service.

Every mission is reviewed individually before acceptance.

TIX reserves the right to accept, decline, or request additional information before approving any mission.

Unless otherwise stated, all pricing is custom and based on the scope of work.

Quotes remain valid only for the period communicated during the approval process.

Payment instructions are provided only after a mission has been approved.

Projects generally begin after payment has been received unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.

Clients agree to provide accurate information, required materials, and timely feedback throughout the project.

Delays caused by missing information or unavailable communication may affect project timelines.

Any work requested outside the originally approved scope may require a revised quote, updated timeline, or additional payment.

Unless otherwise agreed, clients retain ownership of the final approved deliverables after full payment has been received.

TIX Lab may display completed work within its portfolio unless a separate confidentiality agreement has been established.

While TIX Lab strives to deliver high-quality professional services, no guarantee is made regarding specific business outcomes, search rankings, revenue growth, or conversion performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TIX Lab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services.

Projects may involve third-party platforms or services such as Webflow, Google Workspace, Wise, hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics platforms, or other software.

TIX Lab is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing updates, or technical issues caused by third-party providers.

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time.

The latest version published on this website will always apply to future mission requests.
